Pranayamas

Find your comfortable position either sitting or lying down on your back. Visualized your breath to transform into your favorite color. Allow your lungs to transform into a clear vase being divided into 3 sections. Now, take a breath, filling the lower 3rd of the lungs and hold it. Taking another breath filling the mid section of the vase and then another breath, allowing your colors to overflow.  Now release it through the mouth, slow and control.
